Isaiah Jobe-Winn Earns Strategic Executive Administrator Certification
Isaiah Jobe-Winn Earns Strategic Executive Administrator (SEAC) Certification.
In July 2026, at just 22 years old, I became among the first professionals to earn the Strategic Executive Administrator Certification (SEAC), a milestone that reflects both where I am in my career and where I am continuing to grow.
My work has increasingly centered on executive operations, strategic coordination, communications, project management, and building systems that help organizations operate more effectively. Working alongside school and district leaders has shown me that some of the most important work happens at the intersection of people, priorities, and execution.
Pursuing the SEAC certification gave me an opportunity to strengthen the skills behind that work and further develop how I approach executive-level operations and organizational leadership. More importantly, it reinforced my belief that strong administrative leadership is strategic. It requires understanding the bigger picture, anticipating needs, connecting work across teams, and helping turn priorities into action.
Being among the first to earn this certification, and doing so at this stage of my career, makes the accomplishment especially meaningful. It represents continued growth, greater capacity, and a commitment to investing early and intentionally in the skills I will carry throughout my career.
For me, every opportunity to grow is ultimately an opportunity to become more effective in the work and more prepared for what comes next.
