ISAIAH’S STORY

Isaiah’s story is a reflection of the public school advantage. A graduate of public schools, he was shaped by educators and mentors who recognized his potential, created opportunities, and challenged him to see possibilities beyond what he could envision for himself. That investment not only influenced the course of his life but also instilled in him a lasting commitment to creating opportunities for others.

His career has since spanned education, communications, and executive administrative operations. He has worked alongside school and district leaders, supported complex initiatives across large organizations, and served students directly in the classroom. Working across different areas of public education has given him a broader view of what it takes to support schools well and how decisions made behind the scenes ultimately affect the people they are meant to serve.

Over time, his interests have expanded beyond education to include public service, organizational strategy, policy, and operations. Today, he is pursuing a master’s degree in public administration while continuing to build experience supporting leaders, strengthening systems, and moving important work forward.

For Isaiah, the work has always come back to people. He knows firsthand what can happen when someone sees potential in another person and gives them an opportunity to grow. That experience continues to guide how he leads, serves, and creates opportunities for others.
